From May 8th, we will resume the use of Seminar rooms in Fuchu Library. (Advance reservation required)

○ Purpose of use
Seminar rooms are available for the following purpose of study and research.
e.g. : Classes, Laboratory seminars, Group work for study or research

※The rooms can be used as a reading rooms when there are no reservations.

○ Number of users
Seminar rooms A-B : 3-20 users per room / up to 40 users as connected state.

○ Usage limits
Up to 3 hours a day.
Only when there are no other reservations afterwards, you can extend your time up to 3 hours.

○ How to apply

・Reservations are available online or at the service counter.

・Application form can be also accessed from "Facility Reservation" on the front page of the Library website.

・You can confirm your reservations via the Library schedule(Facility group) on the TUAT portal site for faculty and staff.  If you are a student, please contact the service counter.

＜Application deadline＞

• Reservations via the web form can be made by at least 2 business days before the desired date of use.
• You can apply at the service counter by 5 p.m.

○ Rules

・Wall sockets and LAN cables are available.

・Projectors and HDMI-VGA conversion adapters are available for borrowing from the service counter.

・Your reservation will be canceled automatically if 15 minutes have passed from the reserved time without contact.
